Help Chevron come up with its next excuse
Chevron has a perception problem. The company has been found guilty of dumping a massive amount of toxic oil pollution in the Ecuadorean Amazon, but refuses to pay for clean up. Turns out a mega-rich, Big Oil behemoth denying basic human rights and a clean environment to 30,000 Indigenous and rural Ecuadoreans doesn't sit well with most folks.
Unfortunately, the company's PR hacks have done a particularly awful job of explaining why Chevron puts profits ahead of people and the planet. That's where you come in.
Chevron has just been found guilty — again. An appeals court in Ecuador upheld the initial ruling and the $18 billion judgment. There's no way Chevron's PR team can handle this on their own — they need you to come up with their next ludicrous excuse for them.
Choose a Chevron spokesperson below, then type in the callous talking point you think they should use to help the company evade its responsibility to clean up Ecuador.
